Proverbs 1:8 and Ephesians 6:1–4 both affirm that children have a God-given right to be raised by their biological parents. A mother’s presence in the home is not optional in God’s economy — it is essential.
God’s Gift: She Was Made for This
The second movement of Pastor Mike’s message focused on the intentionality behind God’s design. Genesis 2:18 introduces us to the concept of the “helper” — a word that carries enormous dignity and strength. Far from being a secondary role, the helper is the one who completes what is lacking. Titus 2:4–5 describes the beautiful purpose of women in nurturing, loving, and building up their families.

It is God’s will being worked out in the ordinary, beautiful, messy miracle of family life.
